Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: A natural person acting outside their professional activities who enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.

Day: Calendar day.

Long-term transaction: A distance agreement concerning a series of products and/or services where delivery and/or obligation is spread over time.

Durable data carrier: Any means allowing the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed to them personally, so that it can be consulted in the future and reproduced unchanged.

Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s option to withdraw from the distance agreement within the cooling-off period.

Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers remotely.

Distance agreement: An agreement concluded through an organized system for selling products and/or services remotely, using only techniques for remote communication.

Technique for remote communication: Means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and entrepreneur being in the same place simultaneously.

General Terms and Conditions: These general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms apply to every offer from Trenvit and to every distance agreement and order concluded between Trenvit and the consumer.
Before the distance agreement is concluded, these terms will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, a notice will state where these terms can be accessed or obtained free of charge.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the text will be provided in a way that allows the consumer to store it easily. Any conflicts between general terms will always resolve in favor of the consumer.
If a provision is void or annulled, the remaining terms still apply. Situations or ambiguities not covered shall be interpreted “in the spirit” of these terms.
Article 4 – The Offer
Offers with limited validity or specific conditions will clearly state this. All offers are non-binding.
Descriptions of products/services will be accurate and complete. Images represent the products truthfully.
Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind Trenvit.
Each offer includes information on:

Shipping costs (if applicable)

How the agreement is formed
-
Right of withdrawal
-
Payment and delivery methods
-
Offer validity period
-
Any costs for distance communication
-
Availability of agreement details for future reference
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement becomes binding once the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions.
For electronic orders, Trenvit will confirm receipt immediately. Until this confirmation is received, the consumer may cancel the order.
Trenvit ensures secure electronic data handling and communication. Orders may be declined based on legal or financial verification.
After conclusion, Trenvit provides:

Warranty and after-sales service details

The information required under Article 4
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from product purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.
During this period, products should be handled carefully and kept in their original condition and packaging.
Withdrawal must be communicated in writing within 14 days of receipt, after which the product must be returned within another 14 days.
If the consumer does not communicate withdrawal within this period, the purchase becomes final.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
If payment has already been made, Trenvit will issue a refund within 14 days after the returned product is received or proof of return is provided.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal rights do not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized products
-
Perishable goods
-
Sealed hygiene items (if unsealed)
-
Digital products (once downloaded or accessed)
-
Services that begin before the withdrawal period ends with consumer consent
Article 9 – Prices
Prices remain fixed during the offer period unless affected by VAT changes.
Variable prices based on market conditions will be clearly stated.
Price increases within 3 months are permitted only if legally required.
After 3 months, price increases require consumer agreement.
All prices include VAT.
Trenvit is not liable for typographical or clerical errors.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
Products and services must meet the agreement, reasonable expectations, and legal standards.
Defects should be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Warranty periods align with the manufacturer’s policy.
Warranty is void if the product is misused, altered, or affected by regulations concerning materials.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution
Trenvit handles orders with care. Deliveries are made to the address provided by the consumer.
Delivery occurs within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If delays occur, the consumer may cancel the order and receive a refund within 14 days.
If a product is unavailable, Trenvit may offer a replacement of equal value.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 12 – Long-Term Transactions
Consumers may cancel indefinite agreements for regular deliveries with one-month notice.
Fixed-term agreements can be canceled at the end of the term with the same notice.
Trial subscriptions or temporary offers end automatically unless renewed by the consumer.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be completed within 7 business days after the cooling-off period unless otherwise agreed.
Consumers must report inaccuracies immediately.
Late payments may result in additional charges.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovery.
Trenvit will respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, the consumer will be informed.
A valid complaint entitles the consumer to repair, replacement, or refund.
Submitting a complaint does not suspend payment obligations.
Article 15 – Disputes
All agreements are governed by Hong Kong law, even if the consumer resides abroad.
Article 16 – Additional or Deviating Provisions
Additional provisions must not disadvantage the consumer and must be accessible for future reference.
Article 17 – Amendments
Amendments take effect once published.
For ongoing offers, the version most favorable to the consumer applies.
Article 18 – Responsibility
The supplier is responsible for the materials and products provided to the customer.
Trenvit guarantees product authenticity and that all goods do not infringe intellectual property rights.
The vendor (Trenvit) is responsible for the content and operation of its website.
