🛍️ How to Add to Cart and Checkout

1. Adding Products to Your Cart
Select your preferred color and/or size, then click “Add to Cart.” You can continue shopping as long as you like — your items will stay in your cart.
To view your cart at any time, simply click the cart icon in the top right corner of the page.

Note: Adding items to your cart does not reserve them.

2. Proceeding to Checkout
When you’re ready to purchase, click the cart icon to review your items. You can adjust quantities if needed. Then click “Proceed to Checkout.”
On the checkout page, you’ll be able to enter all your information in one convenient step.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, as we begin processing immediately to ensure fast delivery.


🚚 Shipping Information

Shipping Costs
Trenvit covers all shipping costs — you don’t pay any shipping fees.
However, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost if they decide to return any items.

Can I Track My Delivery?
Yes! Every order is shipped with Track & Trace. You’ll receive a link via email once your order is dispatched.

Please note: Tracking information may take a short while to become active.

Delivery Times
Trenvit strives for quick and reliable delivery.

  • Orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays are typically processed the same day.

  • Many of our products ship directly from our suppliers, with an average delivery time of 9–15 business days.


🏠 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Since we process orders quickly, there’s only a short window to make corrections.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@trenvit.com.

If the order has already shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Trenvit cannot resend it. However, we offer a 30% discount on a replacement order as a gesture of goodwill.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Trenvit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows a “delivered” status but you haven’t received your parcel, please contact us right away.
An investigation will be opened by the local delivery company 14 days after the stated delivery date, and we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
